As we wind down March and welcome spring, I just wanted to reflect for a second.

Although New Year's Day is January 1st, I tend to feel a new beginning around this time. Maybe because my birthday is in March, or maybe because it's spring and everything comes back to life after a very long, cold winter.

For me personally, I finally feel the closing of a long, dark chapter. I finally feel lighter and optimistic for what's ahead.

The right environment makes all the difference. ✨️

A project I've been working on is almost ready. I can't wait to share it with you!

Anna had a great inspo photo! I think these "bixie" cuts are a great look! 👌

I didn't take Anna's layers as short as the picture because her curl pattern is a bit tighter than I thought it would be, so I didn't want it to be wayyyy too short for her when she wears it curly. It's always possible to go shorter with the layers for her next cut if she's styling it comfortably and knows she can handle it a bit shorter. But as is, she looks beautiful and wears the new style really well! Good choice, Anna 😄🙌❤️

I had the pleasure of meeting Adrianna who had her 2nd baby 4 months ago and was ready for a change!

I think it's important for new moms or moms with new babies to be able to take the time to do these things to try to feel like their beautiful self again. A Bixie.

A cross between a layered bob and a long pixe cut. I chose to mostly razor cut it, with some slight scissor cutting. It's a super cute, easy to manage cut. This cut was easy to style with her natural texture and wave pattern. Sometimes less is more -> over-styling isn't always necessary. A light curl cream and a diffuser and off you go!

I don't get to do these cuts too often, so it was a fun change.

I'm not one to talk about myself much, but im happy with 2025 - I started at Shampoo Society in October 2024 with ZERO clients. I was scared, it was a big chance to take, but something just told me that it was the right decision for me.

I want to see what is possible with more intention and strategy moving forward.

Just a few recent highlights from the past few weeks of 2025.

I've said it before, but I'll say it again... this year was very impactful for me. It showed me the real value of alignment and landing in the right place. Being surrounded by incredible humans really ignites your own passion and vision and gives you important clarity about your direction.

I'm finally in a place I've been wanting to be in for a very long time - across all fronts - personally, professionally, spiritually...

I'm just grateful. There's always ups and downs. Good surprises and bad ones. But overall, this is life - and I'm here for the ride 🙌✨️🥂🙏🏼

I pray everyone really grabs 2026 by the horns and makes it everything you want it to be. That's the energy im bringing!

Just a few recent highlights from the past few weeks of 2025.

I've said it before, but I'll say it again... this year was very impactful for me. It showed me the real value of alignment and landing in the right place. Being surrounded by incredible humans really ignites your own passion and vision and gives you important clarity about your direction.

I'm finally in a place I've been wanting to be in for a very long time - across all fronts - personally, professionally, spiritually...

I'm just grateful. There's always ups and downs. Good surprises and bad ones. But overall, this is life - and I'm here for the ride 🙌✨️🥂🙏🏼

I pray everyone really grabs 2026 by the horns and makes it everything you want it to be. That's the energy im bringing!

Sometimes, people have a very clear vision for what they want. This was the case with this beautiful lady. She knew what she liked and knew what she wanted for her hair and had very clear inspo pics so that we were on the same page.

I cut everything with my shears, but then texturized the back with my razor to reduce the weight and add movement 👌

Hair Extensions are a lifestyle 💃✨️

Having longer, fuller hair that holds a style longer can really change how you carry yourself. Hair Extensions can feel pretty glamorous!

Points to consider when deciding if they're right for you:

• Is your hair not getting longer? It just never seems to grow
• Are you prepared to brush your hair 2x/day? So that the extensions don't get tangled.
• Will you use moisture masks to maintain the health of your extensions?
• Are you prepared to come into the salon for regular maintenance appointments for move ups or glosses to ensure proper care and colour matching (if the colour is fading)?

It can feel like a lot to get used to.
